Group lessons outside? That's possible. We are the only gym in the region where you can follow group lessons outside when the weather is good.
BurnBurn was created in response to the demand for a lesson that combines strength and endurance. The lesson consists of spinning parts (cycling to music) 3-5 minutes that are alternated with strength exercises for stomach, buttocks and legs. You can participate with a membership or group lesson strip card.
Cardio BoxingAs the name suggests, boxing and cardio (endurance) training are combined. In a playful yet intensive way, you will learn the tricks of traditional boxing, and you will notice that your endurance will improve significantly after a few participations.
Aqua-HIT As the name suggests, you do aqua-HIT in our swimming pool. The advantages of training in and around the water is that the muscles have to work hard while the joints are relieved. Due to the high intensity, you are guaranteed a satisfied feeling after the lesson. You can participate with a membership or group lesson strip card.
Yoga In our yoga classes you will be engaged in a pleasant and relaxed way with body exercises and yoga postures. By practicing yoga regularly you will feel better. Your muscles and joints will become more flexible. You will have more energy and a better posture. And your breathing will become deeper. In short, yoga gives you more inner peace and more self-confidence. You can participate with a membership or group lesson strip card.
Yogalates With yogalates you mainly train your most important muscles, also called core. These are your pelvic floor, abdomen and back. The exercises are calm and concentrated. Low-impact with maximum results. Because you get an increased lung capacity, better blood circulation, your muscle strength and flexibility improve, your spine and around your pelvis everything becomes more stable, your bones become stronger and joints more flexible. The body comes into balance. And your posture, body awareness and movement technique improve. During the lessons there is also attention for yoga postures for more strength and flexibility of body and mind. At the end you can relax with a relaxation exercise. Yin Yoga Yin Yoga is a quiet class where you stay in the postures longer, sitting, standing or lying down. In this way we reach the connective tissue in your body. You can participate with a membership or group lesson strip card.
Spinning Spinning is cycling while standing or sitting on a special spinning bike. You will work up a sweat to the rhythm of the music under the guidance of the spinning instructor. During the workout, you can increase or decrease the resistance of the bike yourself. For example, you cycle on a flat road, then you go up a hill, down a hill and in between you often have some sprints. You can participate with a membership or group lesson strip card.
BBB At BBB you work on your 3 major muscle groups: stomach, buttocks and legs. You will do muscle strengthening exercises with weights, but also low-impact and cardio exercises. Our lessons are kind to your back and you don't need much coordination for them. With your own body weight, dumbbells (light barbells) and tubings (skipping rope-like elastics) you make your body firmer. Because you train your muscles and accelerate the fat burning process. Beginners and advanced students can follow this lesson together. Because our instructors adapt the series to each level. With regular practice you will see the result in the mirror after a while. Aquagym Aquagym (or aqua jogging) is a workout in the water. By using a foam band around your waist, you stay afloat. Because water offers resistance, many exercises are possible. The lesson is very suitable for you if you have physical complaints. The upward force that is created in the water makes you virtually weightless. This puts less strain on your muscles and joints. Circuit At a calm to medium level, you will work on all aspects of your fitness in this lesson. You will use equipment and attributes as well as your own body weight. Athletes often combine this lesson with aqua gym. You can participate with a membership or group lesson strip card.
You follow PUMP PUMP to improve your strength and endurance in the large muscle groups. And you want to burn as many calories as possible. The music makes the lesson a real party and you quickly forget that you are doing a workout. You can participate with a membership or group lesson strip card.
Zumba“Zumba” literally means “move fast and have fun”, a description that perfectly describes what this training is all about! Zumba combines the most effective exercises with the exotic rhythms of Latin American music genres such as Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Samba, Calypso, Reggaeton and Hiphop.
